This is a vintage sewing pattern for a 1970s skirt you can make in two different lengths. By Butterick, pattern 3457, says Waist 30 and Hip 40 on the flap.
Excellent vintage condition. The packaging has some tears to the paper but the actual pattern pieces inside all look to be in good shape, and they seem to be all there.
